physical address. All debtors and their employers were
notified prior to July 1, 2010 of this change. The physical
address of the Chapter 13 Trustee has not changed.

Payroll deduction is the
preferred payment method, and can be arranged anytime by
calling the Trustee’s Office. If a Chapter 13 plan is not
funded through an employer deduction, the payments may be made
only through certified funds – i.e., money order, postal
order, cashier’s check, or certified check. The Chapter 13
Trustee’s Office will not accept cash payments, personal
checks, or wire transfers.
