Under Nebraska law the limitations period applicable to a legal malpractice claim brought by a bankruptcy trustee against the debtors' former counsel accrued for limitations purposes when the debtors became aware of the alleged malpractice. The date on which the trustee became aware of the malpractice was irrelevant.
